Severn Dean Lions offers grants and practical help to people in need across the Forest of Dean (GL14 and GL17 postcodes) and Gloucester. We can often help quickly with things like essential household items, food, and other one-off needs.
How to apply
To request help, please complete our short application for support (or the original welfare form). If your need is urgent, please say so — our members can vote online and arrange help very quickly.

Message in a Bottle
We support the free Lions Message in a Bottle scheme, which keeps your key medical and contact details in a standard place — your fridge — so the emergency services can find them in a crisis. Ask us for a bottle.
